Great location and in ground level - no need to climb! big room with big window! a "real" kitchen with tableware and washing liquid. And, coffee machine!!! washing machine with laundry detergent Staff is very helpful!

This flat is very central, which is ideal, and comfortable too. The kitchen is well equipped.

It is on the ground floor which is an advantage in many ways, but it means it receives little natural light.

We loved the location and the property’s facilities. The ground floor was a bonus, no stairs. Our communication with the owner was excellent.

Nothing except maybe an airing rail for towels

Location is easy walk to main attractions, shopping street, restaurants, museum. We appreciated the coffee, tea, snacks left for us, especially since the nearest supermarket was a bit far (Via XX Settembre). The accommodation, including kitchen and bathroom was clean and welcoming.

We came by car and could have wished for a better parking arrangement. Will send an idea to Lena.

This little apartment with one double bed is perfect for someone or a couple on a short stay in Piacenza. It is conveniently located in a quiet part of the centre and only 600m from the train station. It is also ground floor, so it has easy access. If you wish to cook in to save money, this place is for you. Be sure to check the cupboards as there is plenty of cooking ingredients like pasta, cooking oil, etc. Tiziana also left plenty of coffee, tea, and pastries for breakfast. The shower is fantastic too, with great water pressure. I will return if it is available!

The Wi-Fi was at times sporadic. I was aware that a repairman had been at the property the day I arrived. I needed to restart the router several times, but this fixed the problem each time I lost signal. All in all not a big deal.
