They could not accommodate my request so we stayed else where

Clean, decent bed, helpful staff.

Not much to dislike. Maybe the view was a bit bland?

Nothing is good

Check-in: Reception Staff told me I can pay when I check-out 2 days later. However, my credit card was charged the next day. When I went to check with the staff, They simply blamed it on the guy who helped me checked in. No other reasons nor response. Breakfast: only can choose a drink and a main dish. There are only 5 food options. I chose to have Bread with meatballs and eggs and a Hot Americano. The waiter repeated our orders. However, he only served me a bread and eggs. I asked him about the meatballs, he simply said out of stocks, and walk away! I was so angry with his attitude but i did not want to make a scene there. Then he served me cappuccino instead of Americano. I was in disbelief that the service is so poor. Another waitress came and apologized and changed my coffee. They gave the same excuse that the dish i ordered will not come with the meatlballs as they are not available. What service is this? is this even called service? Rooms Cleanliness: It is dirty and disgusting. The shower head is dirty with some molds on it. The water pressure is so weak. The toilet/shower room still has hairs left by the previous occupant/s. It is so disgusting to see those hairs lying on the floor. Even the basin area has hairs. I am not exaggerating, the hairs are really disgusting and not just a few strands. I chose this hotel because it is supposed to be the best in that location where I was having meetings with my business associates. It is the worst stay in the hotel for me. I decided to check out on the 2nd day and went to find another hotel elsewhere. I rather forgo the money that I paid for 2 nights than to stay in this disgusting and dirty Hotel with poor service. I saw many Sandals brand of hotel and I skipped all of them. I have totally ban this brand from all my hotel stay. I even told my colleagues about this and will recommend everyone from staying in this Brand of hotel. The name Sandals Hotel only bring disgusting memories.
