Cool Loft

A few positive aspects should be highlighted: we were allowed to check in one hour earlier, and the apartment was very clean. The apartment is new, tastefully furnished, and the bed was very comfortable.

Now to the downside: the apartment was extremely cold. Even after more than seven hours of heating and with the warm air ventilation running continuously, the temperature increased by only about two degrees and remained far too cold for winter conditions. We decided not to be overly picky and simply took warm showers and slept wearing several layers of clothing. However, after the first person took a warm shower (approximately five minutes), the water turned ice-cold, forcing the second person to shower with cold water. At that point, our patience was exhausted. Unfortunately, the name of the property, “Cool Loft,” is all too accurate. We cannot judge how the conditions are during summer, but for guests visiting in autumn or winter, this apartment is not suitable under these circumstances. As we ourselves are Airbnb hosts in Greece, it is not easy for us to leave a negative review, but we believe these points are important for future guests. Improvements by the host are clearly necessary. Additionally, the following morning water was dripping from a pipe running through the kitchen cabinet, causing unnecessary stress for guests. We wish you all the best for the future.

Πολύ όμορφο.. περιποιημένο και καθαρό..

Spacious, everything new & clean, fully equipped, good bed, big bathrooms(2) and excellent lights. It even had some Xmas decorations (it was December).We found everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. We will definitely revisit!!

Minor problem: The TV was a little small for the distance from the couch (I couldn't read subtitles)

Το διαμέρισμα είναι εκπληκτικό. Το καταλαβαίνεις από την πρώτη στιγμή που μπαίνεις μέσα και αντιλαμβάνεσαι τη δουλειά που έχει γίνει στην διακόσμηση και στην διαρρύθμιση του χώρου. Ένα κατάλυμα με όλες τις ανέσεις, το οποίο διαθέτει 2 μπάνια, κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, σαλόνι, υπνοδωμάτιο σε εσωτερικό μπαλκόνι, εξωτερικό μπαλκονακι για τον πρωινό καφέ, ζεστό νερό όλο το 24ωρο (χωρίς θερμοσίφωνα), τηλεόραση, ντουλάπες και πλήρη μαγειρικό εξοπλισμό. Σε μια περιοχή ήσυχη, μέσα στη φύση, αλλά ταυτόχρονα και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο των Τρικάλων. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα, αν ξαναβρεθώ στα Τρίκαλα, θα επιδιώξω να ξανά μείνω...
