Baya house Tamraght seaview

The Balcony area is super large and the sun is there nearly all day, apart from early am. The Sunsets are Spectacular!!! The location is up in the old village, which I liked, but you would need a car preferably. There is a well stocked supermarket, local cafes, fresh veg, souvenirs and an ATM in the village! The Restaurant La Plancia Du Rocha, on the beach, is excellant with good choices and very good food. All the rooms were good sizes in Apartment 3 ( the one above is Apartment 4)! Spacious inside, with an additional toilet by the front door, which is necessary when it is sleeping x5

1) There had been a sandstorm on arrival, so we had to ask for the Balcony and large Lounge area to be cleaned, as it was gritty where the doors to the lounge area had been left open. I had to ask Ilyass (Owner) to have it done, as the cleaner was busy cleaning another area. Eventually done with me pointing areas out to the cleaner, that needed wiping down, etc. 2) Lack of Kitchen equipment for cooking, so had to make a list of what we needed eg. coffee mugs, cutlery, glasses for x4 people and things that were there needed washing, (including the kitchen cooker hob)! I explained to Ilyass that overseas visitors don't want to be doing this at the beginning of their holiday! He was always obliging when asked to bring things, but it should be all there if each apartment can sleep x4/5 people. 3) Only x3 Loungers for the Balcony, most apartments only had x2 Loungers. Needs more, so they can be moved around if necessary, depending on Occupancy. 4) Back bedroom shower overflows into the bedroom, reported to Ilyass. Had to wash the towels and dry them, as needed. 5) No bedside tables in back bedroom and no bedside lights in either bedroom. 6) One lot of bedlinen had to be changed as not clean or not washed properly! Needs more of an outside touch re the interiors, then it would be rated more highly....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The views are absolutely stunning, and the sunsets from the terrace were a highlight every evening. The apartment itself is spacious, with two en-suite bathrooms and an additional separate toilet, which was very convenient. It had most of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. As mentioned by others, the apartment is located on top of a hill, and while the roads can be a bit rough, this is a common feature for areas off the main road in Tamraght. It's not something the owner can control, but it's worth noting that a car is definitely recommended for getting around. There were occasional smells from the drains, but this was only when no water had been running through them during the day, and it wasn't a major issue. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and the contact and check-in process was smooth and easy. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others looking for a peaceful, well-equipped place with great views!

Bin bags and a mop would be useful.

The apartment is in a great location for the ones having a car, just down the hill you find a nice beach and surf schools /rentals. Very spacious, big and comfy beds and the biggest benefit huge terrace with ocean view. Manager was nice to us too.

Not a lot

The property has a situated on top of a cliff. Very poor access to and from the property. If you require a taxi you need to walk 15 mi utes down a road or down a very rough terrain, which is not safe or suitable, the property manager did advise me to go down this steep rough terrain, to which I declined. Not suitable for children or elderly and anyone who doesn’t want to risk ending in hospital falling ground down. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I arrived at a time I sent to the property management to which they replied no problem, when I got go the property, it was still messy and they where waiting for the cleaner, I had to wait 3 hours before I got my apartment cleaned. No air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, a door would not open and close properly. I wanted to cancel my book it’s my family and as getting upset with the whole situation, I got a partial refund for 2 nights. I wasn’t happy with the amount but cut my loses. Hope you read this review before booking.

The location Very quiet and huge terrace Amazing view in the morning and sunset time Kitchen equipped There’s a washing machine we loved that in the middle of our trip We booked a room and terrace We got a 3 rooms and 3 toilets and huge terrace We wished we had our families with us lol Amazing staff Mouadd , he did a smooth checkin , send us a text checking on us and if we need anything And when we check out he asked about what to improve for the next guests so that’s a good thing

There’s no AC for the day time because it was little bit hot with the sun facing the rooms
