Downtown Gem Rooms

The owner sent a message with the request to cancel the accommodation via the app due to “technical issues”. Pushed me to cancel twice even though there is no refund when you cancel yourself :) Also, we were already in Budapest when they told us (6 people) that we couldn’t stay. We were in a hurry trying to find some new place, even though we booked this one a month ago :(( Another thing is that they approved the stay at 9 am and then texted us at 9:50 that it is not possible… I called Booking service immediately, and they found another accommodation and cancelled this booking.

The safety because not anyone can get in and location was ok. The cleaning lady is hard working and even though we didn’t speak the same language, she helped unclog the shower drain. The curtain is filthy probably because of all the water backing up.

The bedding had a dirty smell and entering was kind of a pain. The room needs a fan. We also didn’t like that space is shared with other strangers who were not friendly for the most part.

Podle fotek nám nedošlo, že je to sdílené bydlení. Takže pozor kuchyň, záchod i koupelna jsou sdílené. Sdílení je se 4 pokoji, takže občas to bylo na dlouho, než se tam všichni prostřídali. Koupelna a záchod jsou velmi zastaralé, ale čisté. Matrace jsou velmi měkké, a ty co jsou na rozkládacím kanapi se rozjíždějí od sebe.
