ININHad visited Mumbai for an exhibition. Reached property after walking 20 kms inthe exhibition halls, to know the Booking was cancelled by the property. Had to go room hunting after an extremely tiring day. Hotels nearby were all sold out due to the exhibition. Caused terrible inconvenience. Advise to remove the property from booking.com, and ensure previously confirmed bookings are available to the customer.

The property ran out of water in the taps and closet at around 9 p.m. And I was given half a bucket of water to adjust for the night. On requesting more water, the receptionist was reluctant to provide any. On asking again, he finally gave a bucket of water after sulking a lot. On top of this, the guy had the audacity to ring my door at 2.30 a.m to ask if the water supply resumed, I was sound asleep. I was staying with 2 others and all of our sleep was disturbed. Stay away from this property! Unless you're looking for the epitome of worst customer service. I haven't even gotten to the worst part yet. What shocked me the most was to find out that the property got a 10/10 rating from my profile without my knowledge (screenshot attached). On checking with Booking.com's customer care, I found out that the property managers on Booking can give such reviews on the guest's behalf if they get wind of the PIN against the booking's confirmation number. This is exactly what happened. Even after providing my ID proofs the sneaky receptionist asked me to show the confirmation screen on Booking app (so he could add a fake review for this glorious PALACE of a hotel). Now I know how this listing has a 9.4 rating on this platform. All the reviews sound fake. Wonder how Booking.com supports such a sketchy reviewing process that lets listers play with their rating numbers. Absolute disaster of an experience on the whole. If Booking.com doesn't unlist this property from their site, but instead drops my rating and review, this is definitely going on X.com (formerly Twitter) :)
