It is in a quiet ideal location and it has all you need for a trip to ballina I would highly recommend it to anyone that might be visiting the town. Very comfortable beds and very spacious and I really hope to stay again soon. Thanks to eamon and sinead who are great hosts also

Location was good. Host was friendly and gave us a quick tour of the place. Easy to park. Everything generally works including heaters etc... Bedding smelt clean and laundered. Everything including light switches was labeled so easy to find. Overall it was ok for 1 or 2 nights.

Cleanliness: Shower looked dirty and not as pictured. Walls were dirty especially around bins. There was cobwebs in the drawers. Some of the dishes weren't washed properly on arrival No sponge for washing dishes. Place smelt a bit musty on arrival - after air out was ok. Bedding was a bit worn but clean enough. Extractor fan in kitchen wasn't well cleaned. Maintenence: Main double bed was very loud and squeaky. The hot water isn't instant and comes off and on. Mattresses were lumpy and not very comfortable. Hob was intermittent and sometimes wouldn't work. Accuracy of listing: Not great - the pictures are out of date and much of the furniture has changed. Value of money: Very poor & not worth the nightly fee overall given basic maintenance and cleanliness issues. Not cleaned to hotel/Airbnb standards. Overall, it's budget level standard accomodation priced at a more premium level.

Such a lovely secure apartment could come and go as we pleased we had a baby and a cot was provided very family friendly hosts are very accommodating highly recommend

Our hosts were amazing. They took us through the residence explaining everything as we went. The beds were comfy. The whole vibe of the place was really warm and inviting.

Nothing to report apart from trying to get there through the protesting farmers causing havoc on the roads.

Our host was absolutely lovely. We only stayed one night but would've loved to stay longer. Arrival was made extra special with fresh flowers.

For longer term stays, it'd be lovely to have some form of laundry facilities.
