Hôtel magnifique, la vie depuis notre chambre était incroyable,, le service au top, personnel au petit soin. Ils ont un restaurant très qualitatif au sein de l’hôtel avec vu panoramique sur la ville. Et la piscine est top

The view from the restaurant/breakfast area over Chania and the nature is breathtaking. The staff are welcoming. Nice to have an option of transfer to the city centre and back.

Facilities are worn down and need a refreshment. The same goes for towels/sheets. Parking situation is bad, especially in the evening when guests arrive to dine in the restaurant. The restaurant food that we tried was sad. Do not get octopus or beetroot salad, very poor dishes in terms of taste. Souvlaki is mediocre. I had a feeling that the owners try to save every penny they can. For example as a guest you get a voucher for a free drink in the restaurant, but it’s not just any drink, it’s some special drink that is just sparkling water and some sweet syrup. And you can’t change it for anything else, not even a coffee.

It was an amazing hotel with excellent breakfast and great facilities.
