Great Aral sea Tour !

I only stayed for 1 night as a transition. The hotel arranged a transfer from the train station so it saved any hussle. Driver Salawatdin was helpful and helped me get to an atm so I didn't have to find myself. Reception Abdosh took care of everything and provided all information that I needed. Food at restaurant was excellent too. The staff of this hotel are young and already excel at what they do. They will continue to learn when more customers come and I am sure this hotel will only get better as time goes. 100% recommend.

とにかく良かった点は安いところ！ そして日本人の基準で見ても清潔であるし、スタッフも親切。 宿に到着したのが朝だったのにも関わらず、すぐに部屋に案内してくれて、しかも朝食まで用意していただきました。 備考：船の墓場までの日帰りツアーは1人だと95ドル カラ巡りをしながらヒヴァまでの送迎が1人だと85ドル

朝イチで洗濯物を頼み、その日の夜までには完了するとのことだったけど…結局返ってきたのは翌朝。（洗濯したて？で濡れた状態） 頼んだ日の深夜に心配になって洗濯室に行ったけど、私の洗濯物はどこにも見当たらなくて絶望したのを覚えています。 ま、見つかって返ってきたからいいんですけど…ちゃんと管理しておいて欲しいです。 どうして私の洗濯物が後回しにされたのかは謎です😕 私は２泊したのですが、2日目の夜に断水がありシャワーが浴びられませんでした😅 スタッフに聞くとあと2〜3時間で復活すると言われて待っていたのに全然復活する気配がなくて（テキトーなことを言われるのは海外あるある）そのまま寝てしまいました。 最後に、私が評価コメントを書いているのはスタッフからの催促があったからです。 大抵はチェックアウトの時にチラリと言われるだけなのに、こちらの宿はわざわざWhatsAppでも催促してきます。 こういうものは強制するものではないと思います。 それまでは英語で話していたのに評価をお願いする時だけわざわざ日本語に翻訳してくるのも、なんだかなぁと思いました。

I can't recommend this place and their tours. They cheat on you. Try other options.

The atmosphere of this hostel is truly special. During my stay, I mostly interacted with Atabek, who picked me up from the train station on my first day and was really helpful throughout my visit. He was very friendly and always ready to share a joke with the guests, which created a great social atmosphere. I also met Farida on my last day, and she was very kind and supportive. The hostel organizes tours to Moynaq and the Aral Sea, and although I didn't participate, other guests spoke highly of their experiences.

Colazione buona e abbondante . Mancava la marmellata per noi italiani. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale Staff molto competente e cordiale. Molto utile la navetta che ti portava dove dovevi andare o ti veniva a prendere all'arrivo
