숙소의 전반적인 분위기가 매우 좋았어요. 차량 픽업 서비스로 기차역에서 숙소까지 편하게 갈 수 있었고 공항을 갈 때도 도움을 받았어요. 지원하는 투어도 만족스러웠습니다 직원들이 모두 친절하고 Asko와 Abdosh 라는 직원이 프론트에 상주하면서 문의 사항을 잘 받아줘서 편하게 있다 가요 추천합니다

The staff has been amazing in helping us. Special mention to Azko who's been nice and helpful with our train situation. He also gave us good advices for our trip to Munyaq. The hostel is very clean and confortable as well, very good quality and afordable.

The hostel is basically very good, they included a free transfer before the guests check in and after they check out, it is a very good service. They even drove us to the bus station, which saved us lots of time. The breakfast is also tasty. Most importantly, staffs are disciplined, very polite and kind, I especially like Abdosh and Asko, they are really cool

It is easy to organize Aral tour whith the help of the very motivated staff special Asko who tried to give best all the time in fact he was our guide for the tour and helped each person individually. It didn't feel that he is doing this tour for the money he was like a friend. Always smart trying to get the best of every situation. He offered us a lot of background information regards history and what is so special about Karakalpakstan. This includes the sights the nature and of course the sometimes rough traveling. The loneliness of Aral sea is stunning. I recommend everyone who wants to have real experience of Karakalpakstan to do this trip even it isnot really that cheap

Actually nothing to complain

The hotel is a good budget solution for tavellers. Value for money is excellent and the young team running the hotel makes every imaginable effort to satisfy guest wishes. A strong point is the attached tour agency. I booked a 2-day tour to Moynac, the Aral seashore and the Ustyurt plateau. Perfect organization and unforgettable sights for a very reasonable price.

Everything, spacious clean comfortable room with great linen and towels, fridge and hot water. Generous breakfast and free massage chair was a bonus. Communication is excellent, lots of great information given and very helpful staff, in particular Sevinch and Atash. We did the day trip to Muynuk ship cemetery with Atash, which was expertly done and the huge lunch included was a lovely surprise.
