The hosts do their utmost to serve you a breakfast as pleasant as possible. Do not expect the greatest amount of choices, but the basics are there (cereal, yoghurt, bread, bacon, eggs). And the homemade pancakes are fantastic!

The guesthouse is located in a very quiet and calm area, amongst other private houses and gardens. However, one of the neighbours have a dog that barks loudly both late and early, so don't expect totally quiet evenings if you need silent surroundings to sleep.

Unfortunately, we experienced the most unwelcoming check-in we've ever encountered. We only wanted to park one car slightly before the official check-in time — not access the rooms — but despite booking three rooms, we were met with harsh reprimands. Throughout our stay, we felt constantly monitored; guests are allowed to move around the house and yard only under strict supervision by the hosts, who are present at all times, even during breakfast. No receipts are given for breakfast or the city tax, and payment is accepted in cash only. The location is also somewhat far from the city center.
