The place overall was nice, it is not too expensive and the room was ok.

The hotel has a restaurant on the 4th floor and they are doing karaoke very loud until 11PM, it was nearly impossible to sleep.

The area was ok! Easy check in and out

I booked a big bed...I got a room where they pushed two beds together! The nightlamp on top ofthe middle of the bed was hanging down broken, did not work, also the power outlet there did not work! In the toilet the holder for the toilet-handshower was broken.! Loud at night! For this price i expect a better quality of room!

Excellent location. Only 1 night but staff friendly and efficient . Big clean room. Good hot water.

Bathtub was not practical. Shower on wall no aimed for tub. Had to stand at the end and to the side to get wet.

A cute hotel with a nice little restaurant in a good location. The shower was the only drawback but the room was definitely worth what I paid. Helpful staff, as well.

The drain for the shower is on the opposite side of the bathroom so the entire bathroom gets wet when you take a shower.

Love the Colonial architecture. Roof top has ok view and good eats at reasonable prices. Great location as a transit point and to start a Bolaven motorcycle tour (beside Miss Noy's.)

The room had a kettle but no cups for drinking. I asked at the desk at 7pm and he said the cafe was closed and I would need to buy one at a local mart. The cafe was accessible and the rooftop bar was open. I bought a drink cup at the 7-11 type store. Shower curtain in poor condition and fell.
