the Guesthouse was very clean. Maybe the cleanest one I saw so far. the room was quite basic but nice. the bed was very big and comfy. Aircon worked fine and was not too loud. Bathroom was okay too. the owner of the place was very friendly. His english was not the best but we booked all the trips with him, because it was quite convenient. We booked a day trip and the Train Tickets to Luang Prabang and a trip to the viewpoint. he helped us with everything and took take we arrive on time. The location of the guesthouse is a little bit outside the city center but that was actually the main reason we booked this specific Hotel because we wanted a quiiet place, which it was. but you can reach the city center by walking 10min. there was Water, tea anfld coffee for free in the common area and also information about trips you can book. we stayed 3 nights in total

Clean and comfortable rooms, very kind staff - they did our laundry and even took the time to remove stains from our white shirts. We appreciate this so much! The staff also tried to help me find my sandals after another guest took them.

Really lovely stay! The owner John was super friendly and helpful, we booked train tickets through him and his wife and they drove us to the station (there was a fee but overall it was much cheaper than online). The actual property has a great feel to it, a beautiful view of the cliffs and even a balcony to enjoy the sunset from. The free bananas and coffee (instant) + tea was a bonus. We also got washing done through them for 25,000 per kilo and it was great! It is located on a main road and is a short 5 min walk into town, which we actually preferred since the town was pretty busy! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's about a 10min walk away from the main part of town, but a very flat and pleasant walk. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. AC was really good too! The staff were very friendly, they organised our onward train tickets and even gave us a run to the station.

Occasionally there would be a very foul smell from the drains. Thankfully, the toilet door was effective at keeping the smell out the room. This isn't a complaint, more of a suggestion - bedside tables would be useful.

Very clean and spacious for the price. Good bed and quiet location. Overall very good place to stay! People are nice but don’t speak very good English but enough to provide.

If the shower would be good this place would be perfect! Unfortunately the shower is either boiling hot or cold, and without touching it is changes temperatures. Also no water pressure, so can’t take a good shower with the heat, cold and no pressure.

We had a lovely stay! Wifi was great, host was wonderful and very helpful, the linens were so fresh and clean, I loved that you could smell how clean they were when laying down. Water/tea/fridge all provided in common area.

It’s a little bit outside the Main Street of town but only about 10 minutes walking and nice to be in a quieter area.

Really helpful and friendly owner. Despite not speaking much English he helped us book a hot air balloon, took us to some lagoons and to the train station for departure. We even shared a beer with him on one of the evenings. Laundry service available. Room was clean and quite modern. The property is located a short walk from the town centre (10 minutes). Great views from the balcony area. Efficient AC.
