V good video information on key collection Didn't get a chance to- (too short a stay) to use gym and pool - so cannot comment Very good wifi Access to paradigm Mall fantastic ! Only 1 entry pass so very difficult with a family with adult children .. so if a group booking impossible to coordinate coming and going Minor maintenance issues contacted Service team via WA - aware of it .

Convenient location next to Paradigm Mall. Apartment was spacious & generally well-equipped. Floors & bathrooms were clean & beds were comfortable. Good security.

Common corridors were stuffy & poorly ventilated with an unpleasant odour. Apartment needs to be aired out. More thorough cleaning needed of wardrobes, kitchen cabinets & drawers as well as some appliances. Minor repairs needed for sliding door of bedroom & wardrobe drawer handle. The bedsheet in the single room was also q worn & rough. No paper towels or tissue paper was provided. The pool area was covered in tarp - either being repaired or cleaned.

Host provides very detailed guidance on how to go the apartment , how to go to car park and how to self check in. Check in procedures are so easy and smooth. Place is cost and clean , access to shopping mall and food court conveniently.
