το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και άνετο, και η καθαρίστρια ήταν μια πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική κοπέλα που προσπάθησε να μας βοηθήσει όσο μπορούσε.

Το check-in μας ήταν προγραμματισμένο για τις 15:00. Φτάσαμε στο διαμέρισμα στις 14:45, αλλά δεν υπήρχε καμία πινακίδα με το όνομα του καταλύματος και κανείς να μας υποδεχτεί. Περιμέναμε μέχρι την ώρα του check-in και άρχισα να καλώ τον ιδιοκτήτη· το τηλέφωνό του ήταν κλειστό και τον κάλεσα πάνω από 20 φορές, ενώ του έστειλα μηνύματα και email χωρίς καμία απάντηση. Μείναμε έξω, στον ήλιο, για περίπου μία ώρα, προσπαθώντας να βρούμε κάποιον υπεύθυνο. Χτυπήσαμε κουδούνια σε διπλανά διαμερίσματα (που ανήκαν στον ίδιο ιδιοκτήτη) και μάθαμε από άλλους επισκέπτες ότι ούτε σε εκείνους απαντούσε, και τους είχε βάλει μέσα η καθαρίστρια. Τελικά, από απόγνωση, μπήκαμε σε ένα διαμέρισμα που βρήκαμε με κλειδί στην πόρτα και οι φωτογραφίες του έμοιαζαν με αυτές της κράτησής μας. Ωστόσο, ποτέ δεν λάβαμε επιβεβαίωση από τον ιδιοκτήτη ότι πράγματι αυτό ήταν το σωστό διαμέρισμα.

The property felt very clean and spacious and everything seamed fairly new.

The property was only a 10 minute walk to the main area however it is quite a bad walk in the heat and especially at night time. If you don’t mind the heat it isn’t too bad. We also expected to have a jacuzzi due to the images listed however on arrival when asked, our host notified us that only people on the bottom level got a jacuzzi. Something to be mindful of when booking to request the apartment of your choice as the price was no different and we missed out on this facility that others got for the same price. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and were also only given one towel each which did not seem appropriate.

Excellent brand new and modern apartment with walking distance to the port.

The property had good space that could easily accommodate six people. The rooms were clean and nice. The air conditioning worked well. The host was nice and responsive when contacted. Towels and toiletries were provided. The cleaning lady was also very nice. Please note that there are two main roads by the property. I added a photo that shows the main path for accessing the property. The surrounding area looks like it is in transition as some nearby properties are older and less maintained. However, do not let that distract you too much as the harbor is a 12 minute walk. We walked that stretch many times. It was an easy walk. Hot water was provided via a boiler. Only ran out of hot water once when someone took too long of a shower. While there is not a private driveway there is parking on the streets for free. Property is close to two rental car agencies. Strongly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed Paros.

While the property is very nice. The immediate area is a little run down. Wish it had a better view.
