Malù House

Хозяин Юри - деловой и лаконичный человек. Автомастерская, которая находится на первом этаже, похоже, принадлежит ему, поэтому особо расшаркиваться и любезничать с гостями ему некогда - встретил, заселил, через время спросил все ли в порядке, предложил такси до аэропорта, да и все, собственно :). По-мужски - четко, быстро, лаконично, по делу. Номер чистый, просторный, одноразовые зубные щетки, белые тапочки :), холодильник, кофе, чай и всякие ништячки к чаю. Недалеко в 2 мин ходьбы есть супермаркет. Дом расположен относительно близко к аэропорту (35 мин пешком, поэтому его и выбрали), поэтому слышны взлетающие самолеты - минус, перекрываемый плюсом. Выезжали тоже без мороки - вышли, кинули ключи на стол, и дали деру в аэропорт! Да, Юри, если читаешь этот отзыв, дверку в душевой во 2 номере лучше поставить, а то заляпывается пол в ванной сильно! ;)

Да ничего, на все "минусы", типа шума от самолетов, шел сознательно, но ночью их не слышал. Рядом с домом трасса, шумновато, но к ночи все затихает - итальянцы тоже спят по ночам, представляете! На ближайшем пляже Focene Beach очень грязно - весь мусор с моря на берегу, не рекомендую, ищите другой.

Juri was exceptionally helpful as he heated our food and served it to us on hot plates when we were extremely hungry...beyond words!!!

The owner really makes you feel welcome. The coffee, the utensils, the local information, the hand written notes. His notes are friendly, easy to understand and very helpful. I felt like he really cares about his guests.

Initially, I was surprised by the location. It is close to the airport and you can walk down to the boardwalk, where there are multiple sidewalk cafes. (I found the boardwalk by chance). What I wasn't expecting is the location to be at a tire shop. After I got over that and took my walk, I realized that most airport hotels, not just in Rome, are in random areas, not really connected to any local natural space or someplace that feels part of the real city, they are sort of just in a no-mans-land. The other hotels in the area did not look appealing, (some did initially but on second glance, not so much). The other hotels and Malu House are in the same vicinity, so although the Malu House is at a tire shop, it is no different than staying at a hotel next to a tire shop or similar business and I am sure the rooms & care at the hotels are nothing like that of the Malu House. In the end, I appreciated the room (s), there is an entryway and then the room, I got used to the location, it actually started to feel homey, it was safe and I was happy that I stayed there. Ah, there are stairs. For someone that cannot traverse stairs, this could be a problem. Note-The windows opened and there is a small balcony with a table a chairs. The suggested taxi driver is super sweet.

La camera da letto è molto grande e il letto spazioso. L'aspetto migliore riguarda la pulizia dei locali e la vicinanza al ParkinGo. Il proprietario risponde in breve tempo ed è molto disponibile. Lo consiglio a tutti!

Juri has been responsive from the get go and has recommended a taxi driver for pickup and drop off. Totally worth it!
