Excellent location, lovely rooftop, fabulous amenities for the small space. Great value for money and very friendly host.

The apartment is a cute jewel in Palermo! Located on top of a building, you can get beautiful views from the city, the mountains and the streets! It is a rather tiny apartment, but with everything you need for your stay. In my opinion the size contributes to its charm! It's also conveniently close to a train stop (Palermo Notarbartolo), so it's quite easy to get to and from the airport (even on early/late times). I also felt very safe on the neighborhood at all times.

The only thing I felt could be "bad" for some people is that it requires quite a walk downtown (30+ mins to Quattro Canti). I personally enjoyed my time and our walks to get to the apartment, since I could get to know a lot of the city on the way, but I know it can be a bit tiring for older people and people who are not so used to long walks. You can always grab the train, the scooters or the buses too, since the area is well served with public transportation.

Cool hidden gem with a large terrace

We loved our stay at "a Nicuzza'"! The apartment was very well designed and thought out, it was very clean and offered many amenities necessary for our stay in Palermo. We particularly enjoyed the amazing balcony with the view to the city. Also, the apartment was easily accessible by buses from the city center. We would highly recommend!

Noise from the street. You need to be careful about toilet paper, because it is forbidden to throw it into the toilet.

It was very cute and comfortable apartment! The location was perfect for us. Close to the train station which takes you straight to center or airport. The host was very helpful and gave us great tips. The neighborhood looked pretty save and people around were lovely and friendly.

One thing that surprised us, was that we needed to give our ID informations. But the host explain everything.

A great, pristine apartment, extremely well designed and organized. Although the space is not big (hence the name) it is stylish, comfortable and livable, with a good sized bathroom and large walk-in shower. Impossible to ask for more at such a friendly price. It is located in one of the best areas of the city, walking distance to all. Once in, you will discover that everything you need is there: (phone charger, smart lights, shades, fridge. folding table, kitchen utensils and more .. bonus: a large balcony/terrace with a view. The owner is super nice and cares for her guests, sending tons of info and making sure all is smooth and well. Solo travelers or couples will definitely enjoy the accommodation. Thanks for a lovely stay, will be back.

The apartment is small but well-designed and organised. As a bonus, you will enjoy a huge terrace. A perfect option for solo travelers or couples not far from the city centre. The host is super nice❤️

We had a three-night stay in Palermo and really enjoyed our time in the apartment. It is all quite cramped but very cosy. There is a great view from the balcony on the 5th floor. Everything was very clean, the bed comfortable and there is a lot of attention to detail. The bathroom is very bright (open at the top of the room) but here too everything was very nicely furnished and everything works perfectly. You can get to the centre quickly on foot or by bus. We can recommend the flat 100%.
