Soggiorno semplicemente favoloso! La casa è impeccabile, pulitissima e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti, eleganti e dotati di tutti i comfort, rendendo il soggiorno davvero rilassante e piacevole. La posizione è strategica e comodissima, perfetta per muoversi e scoprire i dintorni, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa. L’host è stato eccezionale: gentile, sempre disponibile e molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, facendoci sentire come a casa. Esperienza oltre le aspettative, struttura assolutamente consigliata. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ho pernottamento all'Oikia Sea per una notte, esperienza ottima, avrei voluto restare di più! Appartamento in ottima posizione, confortevole, accogliente e pulitissimo. Il proprietario, il signor Sebastiano, è una persona super gentile e disponibile. Ho trovato parcheggio gratuito molto facilmente, sulla strada proprio davanti la struttura. A pochi passi si trova un supermercato, e tra l'altro corso Gelone dove si trovano svariate attività commerciali è vicinissimo. Tornerò sicuramente quando mi troverò a Siracusa!

La propreté et l'aménagement du logement. La possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité.

Claustrophobes passez votre chemin. Ce logement n'est pas pour vous. Pratiquement aucune luminosité de l'extérieur. La désagréable impression d'être dans un bunker De ce fait la note globale attribuée me paraît bien trop généreuse.

Propere appartement, op 10min wandelafstand van het historisch centrum. Koffiebar met ontbijt mogelijkheid achter de hoek. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Gemakkelijk gratis parkeren in de straat.

The host was waiting for us to explain and give the keys. Good value for the big apartment. It is true that it has not an external window, but that was not an issue for us. large bed and 2 Wcs. Algo good kitchen. Note that there is AC in both rooms. In our case we dont prio proximity ot the beach or Ortigia, but the possibility to easy park the car in the street and that was really easy due to the many near streets.

Absolutely love this place ! Spacious ,quiet ,private,warm in November ! It was my second time since last summer and I absolutely love it Highly recommended for the light sleepers. Fast wifi. Smart TV. Comfortable bed . Sparkling clean bathroom . Washing machine. There is an elevator. 2 big supermarkets near the apartment. Very nice ,friendly and helpful hosts! Wonderful place to relax in Siracusa
