Location and size.

Property was dirty, cobwebs everywhere, leaves built up in front door, lawns weren't mowed on arrival, crumbs on surfaces, grease on eating plates, hand marks and smears on windows in lounge, stains on walls, dirty toilet paper left in bathroom drawer, hairs in bathroom cabinet, orange build up at the bottom of the shower from not being cleaned. For price point no frills stay eg. no shampoo, conditioner, flannels, full length mirrors. House was extremely warm, not allowed to alter the heating to a cooler setting, no fans for upstairs rooms that don’t have windows. No help from booking agency.
