The rooms were big, beds were comfortable and the place was very clean, owners were very nice and friendly. Balcony is perfect, there is literally 0 sun coming on it at any time of the day.

It is a bit further from the city, but we called taxi several times and never waited longer than 10 minutes for it to arrive. Especially since Taxis are cheap over there $5 to $10 per ride, it wasn't a big deal at all.
