The location was great, the service excellent and the facilities were exactly as described and more.

Spacious apartment. Clean and very well equipped. Very easy walk to Coop live or Manchester City.

Double glazing did not appear to keep the noise out. Light sleepers should bring some ear plugs. The apartment itself is lovely. However the hallway outside the apartment is a little tired with some large stains on the carpet which did not give a good first impression.

I felt it was even more spacious that the photos suggested so as a group of 3 people we were very happy with it. It was super clean and beds very comfy. We were here to attend a gig at the new co-op live arena and the location was PERFECT for this. There is a clear walking route or the tram line stop is right outside. I didn’t meet staff other than concierge who was really helpful

Reason I didn’t say perfect for facilities was because the bath needed a repair on the side, but it worked completely fine

This is an amazing apartment for a group of friends or a family. It is really spacious, especially with the high ceiling.

Too many doors with passwords to enter every time, but I guess this is for the safety of the block.

The property is very well located for both "The Etihad Campus" (city ground and Co op Arena) and the City Centre. Both are a 15 -20 min walk along the canal tow path or use the Metrolink (tram) 2 stops in either direction. The New Islington Metrolink stop is directly across from the property and reaches everywhere, and a zone 1 ticket costs under £2. The apartment was well equipped, very spacious and very clean. The concierge was really helpful and to be commended.

Bedrooms were very bright from sunrise, as the fitted blinds didn't block much light , this may be an issue for sensitive sleepers.
