Please Note: Security Deposit Pre-Authorization- A security deposit will be pre-authorized on the guest’s credit card up to 7 days prior to arrival. The pre-authorization will be released within 7 days after departure, following a full property inspection, provided no damage or loss has occurred. Online Check-In Required- All guests are required to complete our secure online check-in form at least 48 hours before arrival. This process includes: - Confirming your arrival time - Providing a valid credit card for the security hold (no charges will be made unless required) - Accepting our House Terms & Conditions - Uploading a valid photo IDThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
