Receptionist not available in the reception while you need assistance

There’s nothing not to like about the facilities. Hands down this place is gorgeous, neat and very well kept. Pictures don’t do justice to this place. The room was bigger than expected, everything is lux. We had breakfast and portions were massive, delicious overall.

AC wasn’t working properly, I needed heat and the air released was cold. The team onsite was quick to mitigate and provided extra blanket of which was appreciated.

Lovely and helpful personnel. Great rooms and great view.

We really loved it, but to go from very good to perfect, here some suggestions: internet was not always stable. Breakfast can be better by not letting us chose between coffee or juice, bit simply offering both.

We were there under rather difficult circumstances and every consideration was shown us, without fuss. Besides that we were very comfortable and enjoyed the light, the space, and the good food.
