"Peste drum de gara"

Este corecta descrierea locuintei. Desi practic este o singura camera si o baie cu dus este compartimentata inspirat astfel incat ai toate facilitatile. Pot sta 4 persoane, cam inghesuit, dar pretul este mai mult decat ok. Scara curata, curte cu poarta cu interfon. Practic peste drum de gara de nord. Etajul 4 cu lift micut dar isi face treaba.

Zgomotoasa si noaptea Calea Grivitei daca stai cu geamul deschis. Se aude putin daca geamul este inchis. Este o singura chiuvata in baie. Nu e neaparat discomfort major dar e bine de stiut.

Le patron convivial

Les voisins de gauche joue de la guitare a 22h00 pille . J'ai rouspéter . 22h30 les pleurs d'un enfant jusqu'à 23h45 puis les râle d'un homme. 24h34 je ne peux plus m'endormir car mon départ et a 02h30 . Dommage pour l'enfant qui est empêcher de dormir un élément vitale pour le volume et conitiviter cérébrale. D'un petit enfant
