The staff at the front office were helpful.

The rooms were infested with mosquitoes. The food served was horrible.

Nice comfortable room. Not too far from Panvel railway station. Friendly staff.

Approach to hotel is very bad . It's just by side of a hospital inside small street, where cars were parked haphazardly. Our driver refused to go till hotel entrance

They say they allow delayed check in. However counter clerk took 500/- cash without any receipt for our check out between 14-15.00 while we checked in after 7 pm

The Porter in the morning woke from his sleep and was not friendly or helpful in any way. He walked out the front door and let it close in our face as we left the building with our bags. He watched me struggle with lifting my suitcase and offered no assistance. He stood at therodeside with his arms crossed, while an auto drove by, he was not flagging down any autos. I had to raise my hand, and then he raised his afterwards. He did load one suitcase into the auto for us and my husband loaded the other.

The room was spacious, food was delicious and staff courteous and helpful. however, the exhaust fan in the bathroom should be replaced.

The approach road to the hotel is very narrow and driving your car upto the hotel in the small lane is a harrowing experience.
