Luxurious MK Apartment with balcony

It was all so new and fresh. The apartment is well equipped and everything is of a high standard. Luxurious indeed.

The lift wasn't working when we arrived but it was soon sorted and worked well for the rest of our stay.

The apartment is really clean and the clear instructions make it so easy to access. Lovely sun trap balcony and close to the canal, pub, little shop, coffee shop and easy access to town.

More a suggestion than a dislike, a hand towel as well as a bath towel each would’ve been appreciated.

The place was great and very clean, safe, and very convenient for us. It was easy to get to, and the surrounding area was peaceful with a nice view. Perfect for a relaxing stay in Milton Keynes. The host was great as well always a text or call away and was ready to help if anything was needed

One fairly small towel per person for a two night stay. No hot water on Sunday evening or Monday morning when we got up. Had to wait for a couple of hours (presumably for a timer to turn on hot water). This delayed our onward journey. Hosts apparently not interested.

The apartment was clean with a good location near the canal. Could walk to central Milton Keynes in around twenty minutes. The apartment was a good size with a nice view from the balcony. The only downside was the door to the balcony made a terrible noise when being closed which made us reluctant to open it in the evening. It was good to have a car parking space as there was very little parking around the building.

The bed was too short and narrow, it had a wooden baseboard which made it difficult to stretch out fully and we aren't particularly tall people. The road outside was quite noisy so we couldn't leave the bedroom window open at night which made the bedroom stuffy, we couldn't leave the bedroom door open because there was a noisy venting machine in the hallway cupboard. It would have been useful to have some basic instructions for the washer/dryer.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well located for my purposes. Not sure that it lived up to the adjective 'Luxurious'.

The facilities were good, but a few small improvements could make the place even better, especially for people staying more than just 1 or 2 nights: 1. Somewhere to put clothes - there was plenty of wardrobe/hanging space, but nowhere for other items of clothing, coats, etc. 2. Curtains in the bedroom - The bedroom window had a Venetian blind that was a very poor barrier to early morning light. Each day I was awoken by the amount of light seeping around the blind - then had great difficulty getting back to sleep!

The apartment was a nice size for two people and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space in the living room to relax and the balcony was also great. The location was perfect for us, only being a short journey to the train station. The host was extremely attentive and communication was excellent. Cleaning was also provided weekly for our month-long stay.
