The property was fully equipped and had everything that you needed: from cereals to tea, coffee, water, pasta, etc. The host was really nice and responsive despite our late check in time.

We couldn’t use the underground parking because our car was really low and we hit it underneath. There is a public parking 200m away that is free and safe. Also the parking at the train station is free and every major attraction nearby is easily accessible.

It was farther away from Milan city center and the bus routes weren't clear for transport. Our first taxi driver dropped us off in the wrong place because it was a similar address. Everything opens late and closes early The train station was a 25 minute walk away from the village, so we decided to shorten our stay and left a day early

The owner was waiting to hand keys and show us the parking garage. She was very friendly. The toilet leak was repaired quickly. The area was nice and quiet.

The owner appears to be taking a long time to address the missing shower door. I stayed on 22/10 and I reported the missing door as soon as I arrived. I was told that the guest before me broke it and it would be fixed after my visit. So we couldn't have a decent shower during our stay. I have since looked through the apartment pictures and found the shower door is missing in the bathroom pictures (number 10/20 at the time of my review). The owner appears to have used the same excuse to another guest two weeks before my stay on 6/10, which can be found in the reviews of this apartment. I am forgiving of things going wrong, but it feels like they are lying about this and I frankly don't appreciate it. I had chosen not to leave a negative review, until discovering this. The toilet leaked, although this was taken care of quickly upon my report. The floor felt dirty and slippery. It had been recently mopped, but had a layer of grease on it. Every utensil in the kitchen was covered in fat and grease. We had to wash everything.
