Very clean and modern in an ideal location close to shop's pubs and restaurants

What a great location, what a great property, great price. High end fittings and appliances, bi fold doors, comfy beds. I understand from agent the property is about to have some scheduled maintenance however I couldn’t really identify anything to cause alarm. It was very very relaxing for my wife and I. It was so relaxing it was a shame to go out, luckily going out could simply be folding the doors back and stepping out to the platformed patio over looking the harbour.

I didn’t dislike anything, however a corner sofa in the seating area of lounge would be a great addition.

Amazing 4 day break Brixham is beautiful my first time there and this apartment was fantastic the balcony view worth the price on its own the bed was so comfortable never slept so well although that might of been the booze 😁 all round a brilliant break

Fabulous views across the harbour and Brixham, modern open plan dining, living and kitchen area, comfortable and relaxing space, spotlessly clean throughout.

Being really picky, new outdoor chairs as well used. Bedrooms not quite as modern as the fabulous living space but great mattress on bed, both en suite spacious and again spotlessly clean.
