Check in- Check out was very efficient.

Security staff could have been little polite in letting visitors come ( in our case our daughter who studies at Seth GS Medical College) to meet guests.

CO operation of the staff. Except the person came for room clining on day one.

Shower not sepetated from the toilet and sink. So it gets wet everywhere

Noisy lift that announces the arrival that can be heard in the room. Water pressure less in the taps ,hot water runs out quickly

The room was clean and basic

Only one receptionist and had to wait for a while after a long day as he was in his "tea break". No room service so basic things like ice is not available. Bathroom was small so your showering where doing other business in the same area. And also during checkout the receptionist was not available. Definitely not worth how much they charge

Comfortable hotel with attentive staff. Nice and clean. Roughly in the centre

Street is noisy and rooms generally face the street. 15min walk to the train station, and a bit further to lower parel
