The Majestic Boutique Hotel

It’s recently renovated to everything was new and clean. Room was spacious and had all the basic amenities. Staff was friendly, polite and very helpful except one lady at the reception who was rude and curt.

Two 1L bottles were provided free of cost but there is no option to refill water apart from having to buy extra bottles, which is waste of plastic. Also there is no restaurant at the property but they had a tie up with a nearby restaurant, can call and order from them to the room but the delivery times range from 20 min to 1 hr.

Everything okay, the room was quite big and everything was clean. Our wifi didn't work when we arrived but when we told the staff, they sent someone to fix it, thank you for that!

For me, the matress was far too soft, but that's of course individual!

Location near TATA Memorial hospital. Wanted to attend conference hence booked for 28th & 29th oct 2023. In room no. 602.

Wifi was disconnected for 1 whole day. Rude Staff. Took 600 Rs for dry cleaning of bed sheets because there were so called stain of nag Champa & rose patels. which is ridiculous.which means they never wash their bedsheet. When I said I never seen such unprofessional behaviour in any hotel she bluntly said we even charge for broken glass.
