The property was ok, clean, in a good location

The street is very busy, at all hours, so if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem Also, the airplane was late to arrive in bologna, due to snow in romania , and the owner made us pay a 20 euro fee for late check in. Not our fault .

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook dinners. The bedroom was the highlight of the apartment, super comfy beds and blinds that make the room completely dark which was great as I am a sensitive sleeper. No noisy neighbours so very peaceful, this was the best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel!! It was about a 10 minute easy walk to city centre and less than 10 mins walk away from train station. Instructions to get into apartment were very clear and we had no issues gaining access. Would definitely recommend and would return 10/10.

Great apartment with everything needed for a 5 night stay in Bologna. Comfortable, fresh and clean. Location is near the train station, with several supermarkets and shops within a 5 minute walk. Straightforward check in and Francesca the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and cozy space, fairly close to the city center and very close to a coffee place called Melée with excellent cafe

Clean, spacious and well presented. Aircon in all rooms and full range of kitchenware provided. Good communication with the host and easy to self-check in. Only 10/15min walk from the town centre and main sights.

Just a couple of minor points: - Old fashioned and very small lift to get to the flat on the second floor. It didn't bother us at all, but something to consider if you have specific accessibility requirements as it would be hard to fit a wheelchair. - the flat is facing onto a main road and can get a little noisy. Windows are double glazed though and there is aircon, so not a problem with windows closed.

Lovely little space for our needs. Just FYI if you're going for a few days, take toiletries (shampoo etc). The host left us a few sachets but not enough for our whole stay. Kitchen had tea and coffee, olive oil etx which is a big plus!
