Posizione centralissima, casa/camera carinissima e pulita, con tutti i comfort necessari. Host gentile, disponibile, ha accolto ogni nostra richiesta. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

It was close to everything. I walked everywhere and everything was within easy access. The host, Anna and owner of the apartment was delightful. She was very helpful when I arrived communicative gave me good suggestions for restaurants. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and very well cared for. I would highly recommend this is a place to stay.

It’s not that I didn’t like this about the property because I am very mobile and agile but consider if you are not Mobile the stairs to get to the apartment are very steep. I also traveled very light so carrying my backpack upstairs wasn’t an issue but if you have rolling luggage or a big suitcase, just know that you will be climbing a steep flight of stairs to get your apartment

Sehr hellhörig; Nichts zu trinken, nicht mal wasser; Toilettenpapier und Tüten nicht vorhanden; Wasserhahn hat nur getropft, konnten nicht mal die Zähne putzen. Im grossen und ganzen: NIE WIEDER!

La proprietaria si è dimostrata sin da subito molto gentile consigliandoci alcuni parcheggi vicino la struttura. La stanza era pulita e molto carina, in pieno centro storico, ma in una stradina molto tranquilla. Le spiaggette si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Assolutamente nulla, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

There was little sound proofing between my room and upstairs so it was noisy (family staying upstairs) during my stay.

The host was so nice! She was very friendly her communication was very fast. We could see that she really does care about our comfort. We booked all 3 rooms in the house - on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. It is nice for a group to book whole house but can be booked also separately.

We stayed in the charming 2-room apartment on the top floor and had a great experience overall. The location is absolutely excellent — right in the heart of Rovinj’s old town, perfect for exploring the historic streets. The apartment is set over two floors and well-equipped, including a kitchen with a dishwasher, a large dining table, and a sofa. We especially appreciated the two small bathrooms — very convenient, even though only one has a shower.

The only downside is the very steep stairs leading up to the apartment and inside, going up to the bedroom. It’s something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or any difficulty with walking.!
