Wonderful welcoming hosts, delicious breakfast, cozy and spacious room.

Listed on Booking.com as close to Southwrn Maine Botanical Gardens but actually is at least 40 minutes away. Not 5 miles away by any means by roads.

The hotel charged me for $8 every day extra after I paid for everything before hand. That is unexpected and not pleasant

This wasn’t a problem for us, but you are staying in the host’s home … a bedroom in their home and common areas with the family.

This property is an absolute GEM ! The accommodations are flawless and the hospitality is genuine and unrivaled. From the delicious homemade breakfast to the breathtaking views from the 5th floor viewing room, not to mention the in room Jacuzzi, the Christmas Cove Inn rises to my FAVORITE stay in Maine !

Room & facilities were clean, house was well furnished & stocked. Owners were so lovely with lots of recommendations & make a great breakfast to order.

Very beautiful common area. Nice secluded large rooms with a large bathroom that has both a jacuzzi tub and shower. The owners were amazing, great hosts very friendly and welcoming.

The property itself was great and cannot say anything bad about the property or the owners. The only thing to note is a bit of a reach and may not even be in control of the property owners, but the shared driveway could be better as it wasn’t paved so a bit bumpy especially at night where you can’t see, but will definitely not deter us from returning.

Need to plan things to do in advance. But we went there because it’s off the beaten path.
