Mantzarou Suites by Corfu Collection

Los apartamentos están situados al lado del centro de Corfú, muy cómodos para salir a cenar todas las noches. Nosotros cogimos 3 apartamentos ya que íbamos 8 personas en familia. Dentro son cómodos.

La única pega que se le puede poner es que están en un tercer piso y no hay ascensores, a tener en cuenta por si se viaja con personas mayores o niños que haya que llevar el carrito diariamente.

Excellent location everything was perfect

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet, hatte sogar eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.

Das Bad war nicht ganz so sauber. Die Kopfkissen waren etwas zu hoch.

The location is ideal - right at the entrance to the Old Town and close to everything. The room design is pleasant, and the renovation is in good condition. I also want to mention Olga, a staff member who helped us with any questions we had -she was kind and responsive and helpful.

However, a few serious issues really affected the quality of our stay: 1. Cleanliness. The room needed a proper cleaning. The kitchen cabinets and windows were covered in fingerprints from previous guests. The dispensers looked so dirty it was unpleasant to touch them. Cleaning should be more than just wiping the bathroom mirror. 2. Sleep quality. The mattress was extremely hard- even with a topper, it felt like sleeping on a wooden board. Initially, the pillows were also very stiff, but after I asked, they were replaced with a bit softer ones.. Still, after three nights, I’m leaving sore and sleep-deprived. I honestly think the manager should spend a couple of nights in the room to really understand what the guest experience is like and what needs to be improved. P.s. If you put pepper, please put some salt 🧂
