Not enough soap for the family of 6

Loved it! It was nice and clean.

Right off the beach. Nice bar and restaurant & Starbucks. Garage allows you to park near your room. Perfect view of beautiful sunrises.

Some cleanliness issues

The breakfast was very good. The location was great. Our unit was just as described.

Everything was as expected.

The room was nice and in a great location. The beds were more comfortable than many we have had in this area, we come to myrtle beach almost every year. All our wristbands, parking passes, and towel cards were ready for us as soon as we walked in. We also liked being able to skip the check in desk and just going straight to our room. The amenities were good and appeared fairly well kept. The parking deck being attached to the floors was a wonderful benefit for loading and unloading our luggage. The walk to the beach was short, and the beach was well maintained. It also may be the time of year we went, but the beach wasn't nearly as crowded as we were use to. It was a very pleasant trip! There were definitely more positives than negatives for our stay, our negatives just took a bit more explanation. We would definitely stay here again.

The leasing agent/owner is not very responsive to messages. We received all of our welcome messages and codes as well as a list of things to be noted that could be charged for. It asked to let them know of any issues when we arrived so they could be made aware. There were some very minor damages upon our arrival that didn't affect our stay, but we wanted to make them aware. We never got a response.We were not charged for these things yet, so I am hoping this means they received the messages and were able to handle those issues. Also the location itself had a STRONG odor of marijuana, not specifically the room but the building as a whole. The elevators were also quite dirty and smelled pretty strongly as well. These things would be an issue for the property, not this particular rental as it's privately owned and operated to my understanding. I have also seen and smelled worse while on vacation in myrtle beach, but it is still a negative for us as we travel with children and have to explain the smell every time it happens.
