Komunikacia s majitelom. Cistota apartmanu, problem s mravcami a inym hmyzom. Malo kuchynskeho naradie, ktore nebolo velmi ciste.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds, good location, private apartment, quality furnishings, spacious rooms, ample luggage space, washing machine, fast communication with office staff, helpfulness.

Little things that may arise from the fact that it is not run by a private person but by an agency. E.g. in the kitchen there is no salt, no oil, dishwasher, only 1 capsule, but this can only be bought in a package, so if you stay for 5 days you have to leave most of it. These are not big amounts, but rather annoying little things. E.g. there is a large roof terrace, it would be nice to have some garden furniture, parasol and enjoy the Mediterranean life. All this would require the kind of attention that a proper host would know how to

My daughter arrived before I did so she met Giuseppe at the office who then took her to the apartment. The apartment was well appointed & modern with 3 levels. The washing machine was great with a large rooftop balcony for drying. Great bathroom with a 2nd toilet upstairs. The main bedroom was lovely & the 2nd bedroom was more of a child’s small room. Lounge was well appointed.

There were no instructions as to how to use the oven. Would have liked a few basic condiments, eg., oil, salt & pepper, tea bags (yes, there was coffee pods). Also, could have done with more toilet rolls, as we had to purchase more.
