Strong Odors Policy. To maintain a clean and neutral-smelling environment for all guests, we ask that you do not cook strong-smelling foods such as curry or heavily spiced dishes inside the caravan. A deep-cleaning fee will be applied if the smell lingers and affects the next guest. Repeated or severe breaches may result in early termination of your stay without refund. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of GBP 25 per stay. Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Pet Policy – Dogs We welcome well-behaved dogs, but kindly ask that you follow these important rules to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the caravan for all guests: - Dogs must not be left unattended in the caravan at any time. This is for the safety of your pet and to avoid potential damage or distress. - Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring your own pet bedding. - Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning charges or, in some cases, early termination of your stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
