L'accueil du hôte et ses bons conseils. Bel appartement.

Ne convient pas aux motards. Aucuns parkings sécurisés C'est un quartier qui demande une certaine vigilance.

La casa é stupenda, molto accessoriata. Consiglio di mettere un asciugacapelli, anche fisso a parete e un canavaccio in cucina.

Solo i letti abbiamo trovato puliti, cucina e bagno avevano macchie e aloni vecchie da tempo, non era spolverato. Abbiamo trovato le spugne per pulire i piatti vecchie e molto usate, sarebbe stato meglio o averne una nuova impacchettata o sapere di doverne portare una da casa

"Zelfs voor een nacht is dit geen plek om aan te raden."

Het ligt in een rustige straat op loopafstand van het oude centrum

Het is vies, marginaal ingericht en slecht onderhouden. Basis faciliteiten als een prullenbak zijn niet aanwezig. De thermostaat zit verstopt achter een slot. En de communicatie met de beheerder verloopt moeilijk en last minute.

Si posteggia facilmente

Pulizia inesistente,doccia sporca e pavimento appiccicoso,in doccia nessuno shampoo a disposizione,nemmeno una bottiglietta di acqua. Bagno pieno di muffa.

Pulizia/ordine, mancata manutenzione appartamento, asciugamani sporche. Termostato chiuso a chiave senza possibilità di utilizzo. Telecomandi condizionatori senza batterie. Balconi impraticabili per guano piccioni.

Soluzione ideale per soggiornare a pochi passi dal centro di Piacenza.

Occorrerebbe sostituire il frigorifero perché non e funzionante.
