Great location. Very warm.

The shower head needs replacing as it falls off the wall causing water to spray around the whole bathroom and leak onto the carpet outside the door.

Was a very comfortable stay and overall met our needs.

There were no coat hangers or anything to hang up coats etc. Just a few coat hangers in each closet would have helped. Also the oven needs a good clean, had bits of leftovers from previous uses

Lovely house 2min drive from downtown Lake Tekapo. Full kitchen, large bathroom, comfortable rooms and also a very well thought living room. The host was very fast at answering my messages which is appreciated. Safe and calm neighborhood area. Rather new house.

Lovely and modern. Everything we needed

Cheap washing machine and the door wouldn't open when finished. Needed to call company and they sent technician out. Difficult for him to fix, but he was there within about 45 mins.

Great room with nice facilities for cooking and laundry (washing machine with dryer). We use them to wash all our clothes and did some cooking. Beds are cozy, room is clean and bright.

TV is a bit small. Price is pretty high compared to other stays during our entire New Zealand trip. I don't understand why the staying price is so high in this whole Tekapo area... although the staying is sincerely good.
