Koni Village Hotel

The rooms are renovated and generally comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we stayed in an apartment with a sea view. To be fair, the sea view was probably the only real highlight of this hotel. It was genuinely beautiful and something we enjoyed every day.

We stayed at Koni Village for 5 nights on an all-inclusive package. Unfortunately, this was one of the biggest disappointments we have experienced during our holidays in Crete. We have stayed in several hotels on the island before, so we have plenty to compare it with, and sadly this hotel left a very poor impression and seriously affected our vacation. The biggest problem was the food. The all-inclusive package felt like a joke. The selection was very limited and the quality of the food was poor. Our children often had nothing suitable to eat. There were not even simple pancakes for breakfast, only fried eggs and bread dipped in egg mixture and fried. The fresh vegetables had a strange smell and taste. The fruit selection was terrible. Most days there were only grapefruits, while the other fruits were rotten or simply not edible. This was the case throughout our entire stay. Lunch and dinner were even worse. Most dishes looked unappetizing and had a mushy texture, unpleasant smell and poor taste. Main dishes were often just chicken nuggets or some kind of meat patty where it was difficult to understand what was actually inside. Desserts were also disappointing, the ice cream was not good, and the coffee tasted like water with a drop of coffee added. The drinks were just as disappointing as the food. The juices tasted like heavily diluted concentrate. The wine and beer were also very poor quality. The cocktail selection was extremely limited, with only two options available, and neither tasted good. During our stay we did not find a single drink that we genuinely enjoyed. If you are choosing this hotel because of the all-inclusive option, we would honestly recommend looking elsewhere. However, housekeeping was disappointing. It seemed that the staff only cleaned the floors. The bed sheets were not changed during our stay, and towels were replaced only every other day. The hotel grounds look nice at first glance, but they are not well maintained.

La mancanza di navetta x poter andare al mare in quanto distava circa 20 minuti a piedi dal villaggio, e sotto il sole diventava faticoso

A big, big thank you to the man in the reception. We came very early morning and he managed to check us in even though the check in time was 15. The room was excellent, the cleaning was super good! Pool area and the drinks in all ink package - good!

The food, it was ok :-) for the price - defently ok.

В целом, сам комплекс, хороший. Место хорошее. У нас был 2 комнатный номер, хороший, чистый. Ванная комната со свежим ремонтом. Уборка номера была каждый день, полотенце менялись раз в 2-3 дня. Вид на море , хорошая анимация (греческие танцы и музыка живая, магическое шоу) Персонал любезный. Перекусы, кофе паузы, всё было. Бассейны, лежаки. Сам отдых прошёл хорошо, НО....

еда, это отдельная тема... полуфабрикаты, выбор небольшой, однообразно, скучно, ни о чём. Еда была разочарованием, увы. Если у вас проблемы с ногами , то это не для вас, нам как молодым было не трудно подниматься в гору или по лестнице. Если вы с маленьким ребёнком, например до полтора года, то ему вероятно нечего будет есть, если вы за нормальное питание.. наша 5 летняя дочь каждый день ела только хлопья с молоком, и макароны с огурцами.. всю неделю.. На один раз сюда можно приехать, но из-за еды, я бы не вернулась. Но в целом, хорошая гостиница, место, и всё было хорошо 😊

"Abbiamo soggiornato al Koni Village e ci siamo trovate bene. La struttura è accogliente e il personale gentile. La colazione è più orientata al salato che al dolce, ma comunque varia. Pranzo e cena buoni, con carne di qualità e piatti ben preparati. La struttura è un po' datata e i bagni avrebbero bisogno di un ammodernamento; inoltre manca il bidet e c'è la vasca al posto della doccia. Tuttavia, se non si hanno troppe esigenze, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono. Molto bello il lungomare nelle vicinanze, ideale per passeggiare la sera, con tanti negozietti di souvenir e un'atmosfera piacevole. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the food was good. The pool was one of the highlights of our trip—large, warm, and perfect for relaxing. The hotel is located on a hill with beautiful sea views, which we really enjoyed. There are also two lovely sandy beaches within a 15-minute walk. We especially loved the Cretan Night and Magic Show, both of which were great fun and very entertaining. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Personale gentilissimo. Attenzione e cortesia al cliente. In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva al mare. Camere spaziose e pulite. Buffet vario e abbondante locale.

Sinceramente mi è piaciuto tutto

Il menù poteva essere più ricco di cibo greco e di frutta fresca.

Das Zimmer war groß genug, die Klima im Zimmer funktionierte prima und da wir im hintersten und höchsten Gebäude der Anlage waren, hatten wir einen tollen Meerblick vom Balkon aus.

Richtig schlecht war die Verpflegung! Wir hatten all inclusive, aber das lohnt nicht! Das Essen war grottenschlecht, 2 oder 3 Level unter Mensa-Niveau, aber alles! Convenience und "Köche" völlig talentfrei, schlechte Auswahl. Die Softdrinks aus den Automaten schmeckten nicht, ebenso wenig das Bier und die Spirituosen schmeckten alle nach billigem Raki. Die Anlage ist in den Hang gebaut, es ist ewig steil (unvorstellbar, muss drauf hingewiesen werden!) und so absolut unkomfortabel sich da zu bewegen, das Restaurant in der Anlage zu erreichen etc...

Das super freundliche Personal ,vor allem Frau Rania von der Rezeption,hilfsbereit,herzlich u.kompetent. Und sonst auch das ganze Personal.

Die vielen Treppen
