Die Betten sind etwas unbequem inkl.Matratzen. Es wäre schön, wenn es irgendwo einen höheren Spiegel gäbe (Höher = Ganzkörperansicht). Dieses Jahr war im Juni kein Animateur da. Der vom letzten Jahr hatte uns zwar nicht so zugesagt, aber mit Bingo und Karaoke war die Stimmung am Abend besser und die Leute blieben zusammen.

Nothing at all, left in the first hour

Untidy reception as soon as we walked in, had to be escorted to our room as everything is so steep. Hotel room has been glamorized on the pictures. There’s mould in the bathroom, fridge on the floor next to a bin, (poor hygiene) ants in the room. We informed staff and he just shrugged his shoulders and wasn’t offered another room so we left straight away. Didn’t use any of the all inclusive facilities. The hotel is now refusing to give a refund.

Die Betten waren super bequem. Die Anlage selber ist auch schön, bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber schön. Der weg zum Strand sind ca 10 Minuten aber für einen urlaub mit Kindern würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Die Auswahl am essen war sehe klein und leider auch nicht lecker für unseren Geschmack. All inclusive kenne ich auch anders. Es gab lediglich Frühstück und Abend essen, die Snacks dazwischen, die es auch nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten gab waren ein Witz. Kekse und Kuchen sind für mich kein Snack. (Laut Hotel gibt es pizza etc, gab es bei uns nicht einmal in der kompletten Woche. Auch die Getränke waren leider nicht lecker.

The fromt one smells

Всі були дуже уважні, слідкували за порядком та комфортом. Їжа була нормальна, не знаю на що розраховують люди за такі гроші (лобстери та ікру напевно) . Вибір був невеликий, але наїстись можна.

The rooms are renovated and generally comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we stayed in an apartment with a sea view. To be fair, the sea view was probably the only real highlight of this hotel. It was genuinely beautiful and something we enjoyed every day.

We stayed at Koni Village for 5 nights on an all-inclusive package. Unfortunately, this was one of the biggest disappointments we have experienced during our holidays in Crete. We have stayed in several hotels on the island before, so we have plenty to compare it with, and sadly this hotel left a very poor impression and seriously affected our vacation. The biggest problem was the food. The all-inclusive package felt like a joke. The selection was very limited and the quality of the food was poor. Our children often had nothing suitable to eat. There were not even simple pancakes for breakfast, only fried eggs and bread dipped in egg mixture and fried. The fresh vegetables had a strange smell and taste. The fruit selection was terrible. Most days there were only grapefruits, while the other fruits were rotten or simply not edible. This was the case throughout our entire stay. Lunch and dinner were even worse. Most dishes looked unappetizing and had a mushy texture, unpleasant smell and poor taste. Main dishes were often just chicken nuggets or some kind of meat patty where it was difficult to understand what was actually inside. Desserts were also disappointing, the ice cream was not good, and the coffee tasted like water with a drop of coffee added. The drinks were just as disappointing as the food. The juices tasted like heavily diluted concentrate. The wine and beer were also very poor quality. The cocktail selection was extremely limited, with only two options available, and neither tasted good. During our stay we did not find a single drink that we genuinely enjoyed. If you are choosing this hotel because of the all-inclusive option, we would honestly recommend looking elsewhere. However, housekeeping was disappointing. It seemed that the staff only cleaned the floors. The bed sheets were not changed during our stay, and towels were replaced only every other day. The hotel grounds look nice at first glance, but they are not well maintained.

La mancanza di navetta x poter andare al mare in quanto distava circa 20 minuti a piedi dal villaggio, e sotto il sole diventava faticoso

A big, big thank you to the man in the reception. We came very early morning and he managed to check us in even though the check in time was 15. The room was excellent, the cleaning was super good! Pool area and the drinks in all ink package - good!

The food, it was ok :-) for the price - defently ok.
