Pearly Beach House

The owner and house keeper were very helpful and friendly .

This property is run down and in need of drastic maintenance! All the furnishings are in need of cleaning and or replacing. Bedding especially pillows are passed their use by date! Several Leaks in the roof of dining area.

Spacious 3 bedroom well equipped. Close to the beach. Friendly host.

Although there are no misrepresentations on the listing. The photos suggest some expectations that are not met. Some of the furnishings are a little worse for wear, but nothing unusable. Towels were stained, bedding was stained. Bath was dirty. The house was not cleaned at an acceptable standard.

Everything was awesome. We arrived late but the lights were on, door was open, very welcoming. Peter was there to hand us the keys. The house is beautiful, home away from home. Everything was provided for even the extras, wood for the braai, games for adults & kids, beds are extremely comfortable, the place is beautifully furnished. Close to the beach, just a 5min walk. The pool is in the complex. Safe, forest effect, gorgeous, would recommend for families & couples.

Communal pool. Just thought from the pics that it was private. Otherwise everything is stunning.

Spacious bedrooms and living areas. Kitchen well equipped with everthing needed. Host supplied us with firewood which was an pleasant surprise.
