We hardly manage to check in at 11pm instead of 6pm, … 5 hours without any answers from the concierge and owner. Two girls in an unknown town. After all the concierge said that he was there all the time, but that was of course 100% lies. NEVER EVER.

Cleaning only done twice a week and. Not daily A bit out dated but more then i could have asked for

Best place I've ever stayed in, in my entire life. Please can I get a hold of the owner of the property to thank them

The place is so nice. Beautiful sea view in the morning and easy access to places and transportation doesn't take time to arrive.

Nothing at all

Proximity to the Camps Bay beaches, shops, and restaurants. Large one bedroom apartment with stunning views and nice deck to sit on to watch the sunset.

Traffic noise. It’s right off the main road so traffic seems never ending. Fortunately it does quiet down around 10pm and isn’t too bad throughout the night but it does start up again fairly early in the day.

Very noisy road We were contacted 7 times a as they insisted on an EXACT time of arrival as there’s no ‘concierge’ and by concierge they mean a man with a sign around his neck. I offered them a window of between 3-5 and that was unaccountable even though we had not yet finalised our travel arrangements. They were rude and not accommodating. When we arrived only 1 set of keys. Balcony was wet and dirty The roof leaked and they NEVER attended to it There was a dirty water outlet pipe in the shower deeper cold dirty water while showering. We complained 9 times and they never came to attend to it!!!!! They blinds did not open or close properly The tumble drier is on top of the refrigerator When the wine bore out blew diet into the bathroom through the Sky light. No light In the shower Construction site next door They sent us the wrong property guide / rules for the wrong address They gave us a whatsapp number to communicate with them with an average turn around time of SIX hours No TV remote for there main lounge Mat in the kitchen is a safety hazard (no grip) Fridge was not making cold 4 of the Lamps did not work Nudity on the wall WiFi didn’t work. We were told we had to fix it ourselves NO ONE on site whatsoever When they did come (only twice) they never made appointments. I was still in my underpants Leaky pipe on the veranda I asked 6 times for them to please call me, they never did I dealt with 8 different people via very slow WhatsApp’s everyone. No follow through on complaints The previous person had electricity issues and the heaters kept tripping the lights, So I had to deal with their follow through on those complaints And the plug doesn’t seal and our food got contaminated by ants!!!! Yes get the Senior managers to READ ALL MY COMMUNICATIONS!!! Sending your maintenance team out again and again should only be a once off due to disparity not for us to “PAY” in OUR time while you maintain the property!!! All maintenance should be done in YOUR OWN TIME.
