The apartment is well equipped and well organized. It was beyond our expectation. The location is too perfect next to the station and close to transportation. The host is a pleasant, kind and welcoming person. I highly recommend this accommodation because I really enjoyed the staying and it made my trip to Florence more than perfect.

Everything is great New style of apartment

The Apartment was quite big, clean and well decorated. Very near to the bus stop and tram station.

Almost everything was okay

Clean and beautiful accommodations in a non-tourist part of Florence with free parking available on the street and convenient grocery store. Lavinia is an exceptional host that responds to requests quickly and follows up on everything!

Air conditioner only in living room and a fan in bedroom.

The apartment is big and is located in the center of Scandicci.

Perfect place. Excellent communication with the owner

Location was about 10Mins walk to the tram. Tram was easy to figure out. Breakfast was alright. We dont typically eat cake in the morning. The place itself is quite roomy. WIFI is excellent. Host is awesome. She provided transpo information, places to eat and saved us from renting a car! She also checks in to ensure we have everything we need.

We left the windows open during our stay and there’s no screen. It’s been a rainy few days so mosquitoes were abound. My husband and I were peppered with mosquito bites in the morning.
