The Location was as expected, OK for us.

The cleanliness was not good. The upper floor had very strong smell of hash (drug) smoking, which was still there after airing for 2 nights. One room cabinet was stuffed full of dirty bed laundry and towels. The garden was a dump with cigarette butts lying all over. The sofa had breadcrumbs in its fold and there were no Bedsheets or covers for me to sleep on it, as described Livestay's ad for this house. Since my Son and daughter were occupying the upper 2 rooms, I had to use a stale-smelling bath towel as a blanket and slept 3 nights like that, because no new bedclothes were provided even after contacting the property owner. The door locking instuctions did not function as described, we had to figure out ourselves how to close the electronic lock with a remote phone app. AND I DIDN'T GET MY GBP 300.00 DEPOSIT BACK, even after leaving the place cleaner as before when leaving. Beware. It is clear to me that most of the reviews for this house are fake. I wish the details of the pictures I attached here will be clearly visible. It is not clear to me why this Apartment is shown with good reviews in other platforms as well and why booking.com lists it with such a high rating based on fakes, I am sure that I was not the only victim who fooled here. Beware. I do not often write like this, but feel compelled do so, since this was the worst stay I had experienced. I have traveled to 53 countries so far, and know my way around with accomodation, but was fooled when I booked here. I wonder if booking,com will edit this out.

We booked this last minute and were pleasantly surprised by hosts hospitality and overall experience. There is unrestricted parking near the house, we had a spot that was available so it was very convenient

Quiet and good place, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, good location, we barbecued and enjoyed the jacuzzi. Staff are helpful

Really beautiful house, has garden, living room with massive tv, separate kitchen and rooms. We stayed with kids and it has enough space for everyone to spread around and not be in a way of each other. I loved how easy it was for us to access it as we were tired after our journey. Would recommend, the customer service team was helpful and guide us quickly with any enquiry.
