Laroka House Luxury Apartment City Center Universitate

I was impressed by this apartment which is not only in a very central location but also has a very nice and modern design, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice view. Everything looks new. A very pleasant experience and the interaction with the owner was very professional. I will gladly return to this welcoming place!

The apartment looks great, it is very clean and very modern and is in a very central location. The owner is really kind and professional. I recommend it with all sincerity.

Great location

Cockroach present when we just got into the flat. Dirty sheets, dirty towels

Strutturata curata internamente, pulita moderna e accogliente. Non mancava nulla a casa tra elettrodomestici e mobili. Doccia ampia, letto comodo, Smart tv con tutte le app. Posizione perfetta vicino alla metro Universitate. Zona centrale. Infine la proprietaria è stata davvero troppo gentile e disponibile.

All esterno palazzo un po’ trascurato ma come quasi tutti gli appartamenti in affitto. Piccola pecca l’ascensore non è proprio affidabile al 100% ma non riguarda l’appartamento in sé. Purtroppo bisogna prenderlo se non si vuole salire a piedi all’ottavo piano.

Posizione ottima. Vicino a servizi e nel pieno del centro. Molto gentile la proprietaria.

L'ascensore era decisamente datato e faceva rumori strani.

La ubicación era excelente.

Las almohadas eran un poco finitas pero por lo general muy agusto.

Εξαιρετική η τοποθεσία του δωματίου, πολύ κεντρική, δίπλα σε στάση μετρό και κοντά στην παλιά πόλη. Πολύ εξυπηρετική η ιδιοκτήτρια, απαντούσε αμέσως και κατατοπιστικά στα μηνύματά μας και φάνηκε ευέλικτη με τις ώρες check-in και check-out. Το κτίριο παλιό αλλά το δωμάτιο ήταν ανακαινισμένο, πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ήσυχο.

Χρειάζεται επιδιόρθωση το ρολό του παραθύρου, ώστε να μην μπαίνει το πρωί το φως του ήλιου.
