Laroka House Luxury Apartment City Center Universitate

It is an old building in the perfect location – right in the center of the city, close to shops and restaurants. Quite safe in any time of the evening. It is a comfortable, modern, clean and cozy apartment with the equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, toaster, el kettle, stove, cutlery, etc.). The king size bed is very comfortable. The Internet connection is perfect. Clear instructions on how to get in the building and apartment. Thank you for the pleasant stay I had. Definitely, will recommend this property to solo travelers and couples. It would be my first choice for the next visit of Bucharest.

Perfect location next to the subway (and 10 min walking distance to the city centre). Flat itself nearly perfectly clean. It was very quiet at night. Very comfortable bed and pillows. All the needed kitchen appliances were available. Multiple shops and cafes around.

Few things: - balcony door not sealing properly when closed. Not a problem in the summer but in the winter it might be cold. - here and there was a friendly cockroach walking on the floor. It is rather a problem of the building not the flat, but the community should fix it. - lot of dust under the bed. Better cleaning welcome. - the elevators in the building. Well, just type Final Destination 2 elevator scene in YT.

Close to the metro station and the Old Town. Nicely furnished. Comfortable bed and pillows. It wasn’t extremely hot inside even though outside were 35 degrees and A/C didn’t stay on for long in the evening. One of the few places where you can walk barefoot and not get your socks dusty/dirty.

The house was in an old building but on entering the house, it was pleasant to be in. It was clean, tidy and upto the mark. We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen has enough crockery and stuff to cook food for two, which was important for us as we take vegan food only.

There was delay in getting the message from booking.com about the directions to the place and the way the key needed to be collected. So I needed to call the owner on phone. Language barrier had to overcomed to understand her and then the keys received.

Everything was super clean. We had everything we needed. AC was very nice to have. If anything came up, the owner replied super fast and helped.

Without AC it could get a bit hotter than expected.
