From the moment we arrived at Anna Therese Luxury B&B, we felt truly welcomed, thanks in no small part to Arianna, who checked us in. She’s an absolute gem: beautifully kind, genuinely warm, and effortlessly professional. The check-in process was smooth and flawless, but what really stood out was her attentiveness and care. She made us feel at home right away, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The property itself lives up to its name — elegant, comfortable, and with a refined touch that makes it feel special. But it’s people like Arianna who turn a beautiful place into an unforgettable stay. Thank you for the hospitality and the kindness — we’ll be back!

Clean and modern property.

The apartment was clean and of a high standard, but the noise was a major issue. Loud music from the venue below went on until 3am, and street cleaners started around 6:30am. It was impossible to get proper rest, especially with my 7-year-old. Sadly, we had to cut our 3-night stay short. Not recommended if you’re looking for a quiet or family-friendly stay.

Beautiful place in perfect location

Unfortunately it is above a noisy bar which plays music till midnight … then puts music back on when customers leave when clearing up … and then again at 7.30am.

This boutique hotel was excellent from the moment we were welcomed, they go above and beyond to ensure the perfect stay. The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the River Arno. So many little touches like a delicious espresso machine, a Prosecco to welcome us, and juices and water included. The piazza had so many cafes to eat. Breakfast is included in the amazing cafe around the corner which we absolutely loved.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The location was perfect. I was clean and modern. The girl that checked us in was great and very helpful with restaurant suggestions.

The apartments are amazing. Very modern and comfortable. The location is second to none. Right in the middle of Pisa on the water. The staff we also very helpful

The location is not quiet at night! We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. The square outside will be noisy till at least 2.30 am. There are bars and restaurants open till 2 am. The apartments have great soundproofing windows, but good luck sleeping. That's the price you pay for being in the middle of everything. I will note that we stayed in the Deluxe Double room, which is right on the corner of the building and closest to the bars. The other 2 rooms in the BnB (there are only 3 in total) are further away so will not be as affected by the sound.

Good breakfast at cafe downstairs. Great location Friendly and helpful staff.

Pillows were uncomfortable and the base of music at cafe below kept my wife awake! Too loud. Base radiated into our room.

Bed pillows not comfy. Base of music in cafe below affected sleep! Beautiful room. Amenities very nice! Breakfast nice although looking for a piece of fruit!
