Location is very good. The rooms are spacious. It will be more than better if complemantary breakfast was provided. However it was mentioned in the package during the booking.

Staff didnot offered me any complemenatry breakfast which was mentioned in the site during booking, soaps and other needs. However the charges according to the provided facility is higher than the expectations. Need to work on the hospitality part. All are satisfied.

Firstly the name was un recognised by the local people . Secondly finding this place was very difficult since Townhouse is not been recognised because it has the other name called The Hotel shelter . Once I checked it and got my room , it was very different from the images showed on the app. I personally didt like the room . The AC was not working , washrooms were dirty , T.V was not working … no ventilation… Overall I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

I made full advance still i had to pay the full amount again as d paid amount was not getting reflected in their system,so ultimately d customer had to suffer. The hotel is well located but not managed well
