Posizione ottimale, camera pulita, moderna, spaziosa. Abbiamo avuto necessità fuori programma che il proprietario ci ha risolto con grande disponibilità. Tutto perfetto e consigliatissimo.

La stanza era davvero confortevole e rispondeva alle mie necessità di lavoro (dovevo sostenere il concorso scuola e avevo bisogno di una scrivania e internet veloce, oltre che di un letto comodo). Bagno pulito (privato) con doccia grande e frigorifero a disposizione nella sala da pranzo comune. Una volta terminato il concorso, la struttura era situata in una posizione ideale per fare ancora un giro in città. Il proprietario è stato davvero gentile e disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Andrea was a fabulous host from checking in and showing us the facilities and giving us a lot of good tips on what to see and places to eat. He gave us the choice of rooms as we were the only guests that evening and we chose the front room. He did warn us it was the noisiest though as it faced the street but we preferred to have the bathroom inside the room. The other rooms have a bathroom across the corridor which is not shared but for convenience we chose the room with the bathroom inside. The property is well situated and close to all attractions. We got a park right outside and did drive to a couple of places but that was more to save time as we checked in quite late after a long drive. The property was clean and comfortable. The shower was quite large by Italian standards and lovely and hot with great water pressure.

Nothing, but I like to sleep with 2 pillows and if I was being nitpickety an extra pillow would have been nice. We didn’t use the common kitchen area (which is a nice touch) but there was no milk in the fridge for coffee.

Andrea, il titolare, oltre ad essere simpaticissimo, è stato super disponibile a fornirci un itinerario di luoghi (con tanto di spiegazione) e di ristoranti. La camera è molto pulita, di sotto, al primo piano, c’è anche la cucina. Con 5-10 minuti di passeggiata si raggiunge il centro storico. La macchina si può lasciare davanti alla struttura.
